What is premature ejaculation? It can be defined as the lack of ejaculatory control to last long enough in bed to satisfy your partner, and it a condition that is most common in men. Premature ejaculation may be primary, which starts when an individual becomes capable of sexually performing, or secondary which happens at a later stage after you previously experienced an acceptable level of ejaculatory control. It may be caused by several factors like the lack of experience, anxiety or maybe brought about by diseases. Most of the couples want a more lasting sexual encounter and eventually they find themselves looking for a guide on delaying premature ejaculation where they may learn the skills of making their sexual fantasies come true. There are a few methods that have been proposed by doctors and specialists on various methods of delaying premature ejaculation.

Most doctors and sexual therapists have advised couples to change the sexual position they use when having sexual intercourse. This surely helps determine how long the sex will last. The position of the lady on top and you being underneath make your orgasm control much easier because you can relax more with the woman taking the more active role which enables you to focus and not to ejaculate too quickly. Another guide that is proposed on how to delay a premature ejaculation is to squeeze the penis below the head when you are near orgasm which focuses the pressure on the urethra, and helps to restrict blood from flowing in the penis. Doing this momentarily stops the ejaculation process from taking place, and you can do this for several times and this helps you to gain control of your ejaculation.

Specialists have also proposed courtesy as another method to solve the problem on delaying premature ejaculation during sex, as you are advised to practice foreplay and help the woman to have an orgasm first which will help reduce the pressure to please the woman. After she gets an orgasm you can now focus and can take your time and make the sexual experience last longer. The other guide on how to control premature ejaculation is to practice master masturbation whereby you are advised to have a woman's orgasm in mind, and allow yourself to masturbate until you feel the onset of orgasm then stop. In this case you should not go over the edge and you should do this on your own for several times and after being able to control it, you can try it when having sexual intercourse with your partner and this will help you to curb the problem of premature ejaculation.

Another proposed method on how to delay premature ejaculation and has been proven to be of much help is to get composed and take a breath while having sex. When you start to get the feeling like you are about to have an ejaculation, you are advised to always divert your concentration elsewhere so that you can be able to calm your excitement. This will slow down the rate at which blood is flowing in the penis, and help the ejaculation to delay for a little longer. Another way of delaying a premature ejaculation is by gently pulling your testes down and away from your body as they rise up closer to your body when you are about to ejaculate. You can do this by yourself or your partner can do this for you. Delaying premature ejaculation can also be achieved by changing the thrusting technique through a combination of shallow and deep thrusts. This technique not only makes the ejaculation last long but it also brings great pleasure to your partner.
When you are about to have sexual intercourse, letting yourself to roll on the condom on your penis can also help to delay an ejaculation in that it improves the chances of you not getting excited as compared to when your partner takes that role. Another method on how to delay a premature ejaculation is by pressing the perineum, a spot that is between your scrotum and anus. This spot reaches to the prostate gland as it is the one that expands and contracts, as well as releasing the ejaculation. Massaging the perineum helps to avoid the prostate gland from becoming sore and this in turn helps in delaying premature ejaculation.
