10 Minute Workout What Type Of Exercise Can You Do In 10 Minutes To Get In Killer Shape Fast

I'm not going to lie to you, the 10 minute workout is extremely hard, it's gonna hurt and you are going to have to dig deep to get in great shape fast. That's what it's all about really. Everyone wants to get in great shape really fast, unfortunately what you don't know is that in order to do that, you have to do what normal people just won't do. That is, to go through a pile of pain and have the mental toughness to keep pushing. You can perform 10 minutes of exercise at a low intensity, but don't be surprised that you don't get results right away. Big results takes big efforts, that's all there is to it.

There are really two types of 10 minute workouts a person can do. Low intensity and high intensity. Of course you can do any intensity in between, but the two intensity examples will show you how a 10 minute workout can work for you and how it can be made not to work for you.

1. The 10 Minute LOW INTENSITY Workout
You will not get in great shape fast with this type of 10 minute workout. You'll get in better shape, eventually, but it's going to be a very slow process and you may not be very happy with your results. In fact you'll probably quit long before you see any real results. With a low intensity workout you have to make every second count.

2. The 10 Minute HIGH INTENSITY Workout
You can and will get in excellent shape with this type of 10 minute workout, and you'll do it super fast. Within a few weeks you'll have lost significant fat, gained some muscle, be more toned and have greater cardio and muscular strength. Getting in beach body shape is all about high intensity workouts.

What Would Be a Good High Intensity Workout For Getting In Phenomenal Shape Fast?

Circuit Training: These workouts are what intense workouts are all about. Multiple exercises performed one after another in succession with little of no rest in between. They can be tailored to any fitness goal and the intensity can be varied from easy to ultra intense. Circuit training is King when it comes to getting in great shape fast.

Interval Training: Second only to circuit training, interval training is a very intense form of exercise as well. Interval training is where you perform alternating high and low workload using simple cardio exercise equipment such as the elliptical trainer, treadmill, stepper, stationary bike, etc. It can also be varied from low to ultra high intensity. However, like circuit training, the more intense you make it, the better and the faster your results will be.

Conclusion:
If you came looking for an easy way to get in shape fast, the 10 minute workout isn't the workout for you. Sorry, that's just the facts. However, if you're up for the challenge and you're not afraid to blast through a little pain to achieve your fitness goals, then 10 minute workouts may be exactly what you need.
